Evidence Matrix: Brazil [Updated 2026]

This Evidence Matrix was written by Economics for Health with support from local partners in Brazil. The evidence matrix compiles existing evidence on the economics of tobacco and tobacco control in Brazil, with a focus on tobacco taxation. In total, 100 studies are included, beginning from 2010 through 2025. Journal articles, reports, briefs, thesis documents, and more are listed in the evidence matrix.
