Scores Over Time
Tajikistan's overall score increased between 2014 and 2022 with fluctuations in between, followed by a slight decrease in 2024. During the 10-year period, the tax share of price increased and the tax structure improved. The country has not been able to reduce cigarette affordability since 2020.
