Saint Lucia scores poorly in cigarette price, affordability change and tax share, and in the mid-range in tax structure. It would greatly benefit from higher cigarette prices, reducing the cigarette affordability, increasing the tax share of price, and improving the tax structure.

Saint Lucia's overall score remained relatively constant. In that time, the tax share score decreased from 2014 to 2022 although there was an increase in the cigarette price and the affordability change score.
