Haq is a Senior Grants and Contracts Analyst with the Economics for Health team at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He brings over 13 years of experience in grants and contracts management, compliance, and donor relations for programs funded by the U.S. government, various United Nations agencies, the European Union, and the World Bank. His expertise spans global public health, humanitarian, and stabilization sectors, where he has successfully managed multimillion-dollar prime awards and subawards.

Before joining the team, Nasratullah worked with Jhpiego, where he supported the USAID-funded Momentum Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) project, leading contracts management, financial oversight, and compliance for complex subrecipient portfolios. He has held key roles with several international development organizations, including Chemonics, DT Global, and Blumont, supporting initiatives in Afghanistan and the United States. His work focuses on risk mitigation, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and building sustainable financial systems for global health programs.

A multilingual professional, he is fluent in English, Pashto, Dari, Arabic, and Urdu.
